Cancellation Policy for Mobile Bar hire and Bar Tender services
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your Mobile Bar hire and Bar Tender services . However, as a service-based business, we rely on advanced bookings to allocate resources and ensure availability for our clients. Therefore, we have implemented the following non-refundable cancellation policy:
1. Booking Confirmation:
Once you have confirmed your Mobile Bar hire and Bar Tender services with us, a non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your booking. This deposit serves as a commitment fee and guarantees the availability of our services for the specified date and time.
2. Cancellation or Rescheduling Requests:
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your Mobile Bar hire and Bar Tender services, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
3. Non-Refundable Deposit:
The initial deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances. This deposit is used to reserve the Mobile Bar hire and Bar Tender services for your specific event date. Even in cases of cancellation or rescheduling, the deposit will not be refunded.
4. Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your event to another date, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, please note that the non-refundable deposit cannot be transferred to the new date. A new deposit will be required to secure the revised booking.
5. Outstanding Balance:
The remaining balance for your Mobile Bar hire and Bar Tender services is due on or before the event date, as specified in our agreement. Once paid, this balance is also non-refundable.
6. Force Majeure:
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, equipment failure), we will work with you to find a suitable alternative. If no alternative arrangement can be made, we will refund any payments made in excess of the non-refundable deposit.
By confirming your Mobile Bar hire and Bar Tender services with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this non-refundable cancellation policy.
